"Is coffee a drink, a bean or a plant?"

We will take a journey into the world of coffee with a very specific purpose, to destroy and overturn the most common misconceptions about this drink. Starting from the first: why do we call the plant, the fruit, the seed, the powder and the drink with the same name (coffee)? It's as if we called both the drink, the vine and the grape "wine".

Passing through the discovery of varieties, origins and processing methods. We will talk about sustainability and the market, perceived value and prices.

When we ask ourselves: "do we really drink good coffee in Italy?", are we aware of what we ingest every single day of our lives?

We want to cause confusion, instill doubts and destroy certainties! With the aim of drinking live, genuine and sustainable products.

The seminar will include the tasting of 3 different products.
