Exhibition of paintings from the "Animalia" series which, for the occasion of the Fair, is transformed into "COMBINATIONS". «How many times have we heard of FOOD/WINE pairings? There are those who dispense advice on the "right" pairings, in short, those that "must" be respected and which are often only "approved"... But there are also those who take risks, those who break ranks and don't agree! In the end, taste is always subjective… Sometimes even the most daring things can create an unusual, unexpected, surprising harmony. So it is right that each of us has his own taste experience by trying and experimenting firsthand, even against the established rules that are sometimes incomprehensibly imposed.»
